Phone Outage 10-4-2016 [RESOLVED]

10/4/16 10:00 AM CT – A Tier1 CLEC (Competitive Local Exchange Carrier) is suffering a nationwide outage that is affecting calls incoming and outgoing from their network. This is affecting our local and 800 numbers, resulting in call failures inbound and outbound. Our provider is engaged with the carrier and has management escalation in place. We have no ETA at this time, but are requesting that information from the carrier.
